For a quote by email, send a quote request to info@iidm.com. For a quote over the phone, call 877.906.2100.
Purchase orders may be faxed to 214.574.9503 or emailed to info@iidm.com.
You can pay for your order with a major credit card or you can set up an account with Innovative and we will invoice you.
You will need to send a letter of credit reference to set up an account. Also, if you have a state tax exemption certificate, please send that too. Documents may be emailed to info@iidm.com or faxed to 214.574.9503 .
Like most distributors, we stock regularly-ordered items and obtain the balance of orders directly from the manufacturers. If you have frequently-ordered parts or kits you would like us to stock, please let us know at info@iidm.com or call us at 877.906.2100. We will set up a plan to have your items handy and in stock for pick up or immediate shipment.
